I keep getting my order cancelled!!

What’s happening!? Keep getting order cancelled even though everything is perfect on my end! CC Amazon prime Chase Card that I regularly use….Why does it keep happening?

Via phone app? I have seen it become glitchy over time. Try to clear cache.

If that does not work, delete data and then delete app. Reinstall. Log back in and hopefully it works better. I needed to do so one in the last year. Nothing should be lost since data ultimately resides in Woot servers.

The app also does not work well in older Kindles. It is odd that Amazon did not insist their coders have backwards compatibility, but probably has to do with security issues.

If you don’t mind my asking, which item is it?

There are some items which show as being in stock even though on the backend they’re sold out, and they need to be manually dealt with.

Yup. There’s a lack of communication on the backend, because my order got cancelled immediately as well.

Hi there. I’m sorry for the frustration. As @Froodyfrog mentioned, we’re having issues with items not showing sold out properly. I’ve ended this sale.
