Ordered this and just recieved it. The box was completely thrashed, the plastic packaging inside the box was ripped. Does not look like a new item as the description says.

Does anyone know how to turn this on? Mine is fully charged and I can’t figure out how to turn it on. Mine didn’t come with instructions
