Yes & it makes a kick ass Risotto.

The customer service complaints may not be relevant here, as this appears to be covered by a Woot warranty rather than a manufacturer one. I suspect they’ll either fail quickly or work forever (as my two IPs have).
Most of the Instant Pot models below a certain price point are fairly indistinguishable; this one is a discontinued model, but the Duo (currently $99, lowest mothership price $49) is going to be functionally identical for most people.
