Item hasn't shipped, can I expect it to be delivered on time?

@ThunderThighs ordered the Galaxy Watch 3 on 10th January, when the delivery date showed Jan 17th. It has been 6 days now and the item has not shipped? Can I expect it to still arrive on time? This is a present and I need it to reach max by 18th :frowning_face:

Hi there. This is shipping out of an Amazon warehouse and we have no insight into when they will ship items. While they’re usually fast, this is a new world with so many online orders, overwhelmed delivery suppliers, etc.

Best thing would be to reach out to Woot! Customer Service.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Thanks a ton for replying! Does that mean there is a good chance that that the estimated delivery date gets bumped to some future date?

Have you heard anything back? I’m in the same boat.

The customer service center told me they have no idea when will it get shipped as they are facing some issues. That is the first I have ever heard from any e-retailer.

They will cancel your order and make a bs excuse, and refund the money. This is unfortunately common for Woot.

My order shows Shipped now with a USPS tracing id.
