Is the last (5th) picture, showing both hight and main connections, correct? Doesn’t seem like it… but I’m not sure.
I got what I wished for. I was hoping for white but oh well.
I liked the white ones too, but these look pretty sweet.
Alright ordered myself a pair finally! I wanted white but I think these will add some warmth to my record room.
That’s quite interesting.
And thanks!
Inspited me to look into these. They look pretty nice.
I have used these, and related Jamo models (S801, C93 mk II, etc.) for a few years now, and been very impressed. The sound signature is generally quite clean, and pleasant - not overly flat or analytical. They obviously take a different path from parent company Klipsch (I believe that is the current ownership), but with a lively approach.
These are an easy recommendation for a starter or smaller home theatre system (as stereo/LCR, or even as surrounds), or a great HiFi system since they are pretty easily driven by smaller amps. The atmos expansion is a nice convenience thing, but those additional upward-firing speakers rarely get to sale prices like these, or the full S(tudio) series floor standing towers.
As with any other passive speakers, these do not have their own power or sources, like a soundbar would. This will require something like an AV receiver to do the lift of handling sources and amplifying over speaker wire. Or a source/DAC/Amp stack for an office or workshop HiFi.
Short version: Fantastic deal on a great sound. Not super expensive like some audiophile gear, but still very good sound!
