I ordered an Apple Watch on 11/29. The UPS person claim to have delivered to ma address. I work from home and no one came to my door. The UPS driver took a photo of a black wall, not the package. Filed a claim with UPS, they have canceled because Woot will not respond to them and your phone number is non-operational for non-employees. I need to be refunded since I think the UPS person stole my item. Just HELP. Regular Amazon is not this hard to reach.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
