Hello I emailed support yesterday and once again today with no response yet. I ordered two Klipsch Synergy Black Label F-200 floor standing speakers. Both of them arrived yesterday with the boxes opened. Luckily one of them was fine. But the other has a decent gash on one corner and one of the feet is broken.
I’d be ok with a partial refund and a replacement for the broken foot if possible.
