I have tall speaker and it sounds amazing. I was in awe when I first heard it and it is so loud that I almost got kicked out of my dorm because people 3 floors above me were complaining.
Here’s the manufacturer page for the F-1 and the page for the C-1.
Klipsch’s Reference line is considered with much higher regard than their Synergy line…
But at this price, it’s certainly tempting…

Wow, so back in June two of the tall speakers (new) were $349. Now, one for $99. Seems like Woot thinks there value has dropped by over 40%? interesting…

It’s an American company that has been around since 1946, but I don’t know if the speakers are actually made in the USA anymore.
Just don’t buy bose.
These aren’t the same speakers, but some Klipsch stuff got a sweet review in a SmartMoney article a while back…and bose got made fun of a bit in the process!

Make sure your billing zip code matches what’s on file. It could also be an issue of the apartment/unit number being on a single line, versus split. If that doesn’t fix it, please drop a line to service@woot.com and they should be able to assist.

An ode to my favorite woot description.
I like that they are offering front speakers and a center speaker…but where do we pick up the rears then?
I have heard these are great and would be nice for my front speaker setup on my surround sound, but I don’t have the room for them now. They seem like a great price and a good brand. Can anyone tell me anymore about them then what Woot says. Very tempting.

Those are the Reference series – quite a step up from the Synergy series…
But you’ll be very hard press to buy a better pair of loudspeakers for 200bucks…
And yeah, Buy Other Sound Equipment… 
Try the corner bar and a few cosmos???
