Even if it wasn’t expired in 2008, I wouldn’t even know where you’d be able to get the film (presuming it’s 35mm) processed without it being sent off somewhere.
Per my dad’s new family, they send film off to get developed and it often gets lost in the mail (or the employee just throws it away).
I haven’t developed a roll of film in 20 years so I don’t have an opinion.
I do miss the feeling of anticipation you got after dropping film off and waiting for your pictures. Even with 1 hr developing it was exciting to see what pics you had.
I worked at a photo lab in the mall for 3 years about 18 years ago. It was interesting but I don’t really miss it. Maybe these cameras came from the store I worked at. f-wobble:
What’s a mall?
Come to @jniemeier’s BBQ and we can explain it to you.
We can teach him about malls, including Waldenbooks stores for the recipe books, the food court for the tasty grill food, and the sears for their wide selection of grills and grill accessories.
I used some at my son’s birthday party in December and forgot about them. I’ll try Walgreens! Thanks for the inadvertent reminder!
CVS still accepts them but they send them off. I had some film developed from my Greenbank Observatory trip. Nothing digital can go past their gate as it interferes with the satellites.
Ooh I can still smell the Waldens..
We’ll get his ears pierced at Claire’s.
And buy some $3 jelly shoes at Payless.
I’ll go to Babbage’s to buy my softw- (voice cracks) software!
Expired 2008? Assuming its not cold stored the film’s likely cooked
