You can indeed watch real time on the app, and the two way communication on these work pretty well.
I have one in a window looking at my front porch, you can adjust the sensitivity for notifications, it will pick up trees and shadows on occasion, but it is mostly accurate for detecting people/cars.
The cameras come with free viewing from the app and record events for free(up to 24 hours), you can pay for additional length starting around $3 a month.
You can use the Isecurity+ App, which works pretty well, or go through the Isecurity+ website to view the cameras.
In low light with the IR(so long as it is not being placed in a window) is a pretty clear picture, my front porch camera is in a window so I can’t use the IR, and in a bright light the image is washed out some. Hope that helps
If these are for “INDOOR USE ONLY”, I guess I’ll have to mount one “in the front door!” Does that mean I can’t mount the other one in the attic, overlooking my driveway? I would assume, only limited to temperatures, as long as it is not exposed to the elements? Anyone have any comments or ideas about that?
