Is this Z-wave or Zigbee? The 3rd image, “Features” says Z-wave, however I thought the Amazon Key Edition locks were Zigbee.

If you have a Samsung smart things hub, this will connect. No need for the Amazon Key device integration.

Other zwave and zigbee hubs may work, dependent on if there is a custom configuration pairing setting for either frequency.

My hub only connects to Z-wave, that’s why I really need to confirm :slight_smile:

I know it’s probably too late, but even though the Woot images clearly show on the “Features” image on the product page that this is Zwave, I received a Zigbee lock. Not sure if I got the wrong product or if the page was wrong. I’ve contacted support.

Hi there. I’m told that this shouldn’t be an issue for most customers since these are the Amazon Key edition that use the cloud cam as a hub. And most other hubs like Samsung SmartThings and Wink work with both Zigbee and Z-Wave devices.
