Why don’t you try to deal with 200 million negative ions for a day and see what you end up designing. 
Kinda like the way I feel on woot-off days when people complain about being cheated out of their BOCs? That’s a lot of negative ions right there.
Reminds me of Ghostbusters II, where the slime is a result of (and reactive to) New Yorkers’ negative emotions.
In any case, i’m always in awe of how well you handle the complaints. Quite the inspiration.
