Mine doesn’t work. Plug it in, it sounds like a British police car siren going off. Any suggestion?
Hi there. Things can come loose in desktops during shipment. You might remove the case and tighten/reseat all cables, memory cards, etc. I do this first thing when I get a laptop.
If that doesn’t work, reach out to Woot! Customer Service.
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
Mine did not come with a power cord- so that’s frustrating!
