I received this chrome book today, but am disappointed. On the description and in the specs it clearly states it is a touchscreen. but it is not! Also the photo shows the screen can fold back behind and go in to a tablet mode, and this does not. (which makes sense since it is not a touch screen!) And lastly on the front page it said" Chromebooks are automatically kept up to date, so you’ll always have the latest virus protection. Best of all, your Chromebook won’t slow down over time." So i took that at its word that this Chromebook would be update-able… but it is not!
Sadly - I may be sending this back!
Hi there. I’m sorry you received something different than advertised. Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service.

Well WOOT, you just might have ruined Christmas for my three kids, no joke. This has been the worst negative experience with you, and lately there has been a few. You sent the wrong item AGAIN! and this time you only sent qty 1 instead of qty 3. I ordered qty 3 Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11E 11" Touch (just like your item description says) and you have sent me a Lenovo ThinkPad 11E. I don’t understand where the confusion is… YOGA = laptop and tablet 2-in-1, TOUCH = touchscreen. The ones you keep sending are neither.
I’m very sorry. Please contact Woot! Customer Service.

I received the wrong item! I was sent a Chromebook 11e. It is NOT what is described and being sold!
As noted in some prior comments, it seems that fulfillment has been sending out the incorrect laptops.
If you haven’t done so already, contact Woot support. They’ll help you out.
Holy smokes Woot! You send me an offer for $30 credit for your FALSE ADVERTISING! You cannot replace the item, but tell me that it’s basically the same thing but without touchscreen. No Woot, it is not. It is not a Yoga 11e. It’s a basic chromebook. It doesn’t have any of the advertised features… but I should just accept that and take your $30. No, you shammed all of your members by selling an item and sending something different. By the way - generally ‘Refurbished’ means it has been returned to as new condition. This one arrived with food crusted on it. Disgusting.
No Woot, you are wrong… you advertised the Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga as having a touchscreen and it being a 2-in-1 device that flips into a tablet. A 20% refund will not satisfy the troubles that you have caused. I need the device that you advertised for my children. This is not the first time I have seen a classic bait and switch tactic used by Woot. Get me the devices I ordered or an exact comparable device or I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
