Is this television considered certified-refurbished, and therefore eligible for an Asurion Television Protection Plan?
Yes! Under Features in the listing it say’s:
Optional Asurion Protection Plan: To further protect your purchase, you can buy an Asurion protection plan from Amazon. It then gives a link to the plan and a faq.
This seems like a great deal, but I’m wondering if Asurion’s protection plan covers burn in. It seems like OLED TVs have been able to mitigate that issue lately, but the possibility is still worrisome.
When do they update the status of an order . Its been 11 days no shipping details to speak of

Are these TVs factory refurbished by LG or someone else?
Hi there. Click here for our guide to the various conditions and their definitions.
They’re refurbished by a 3rd party vendor.
would love the 42" C3 but for 80 dollars more you can order open box excellent from best buy and get full mfr warranty.
I have read all the pages regarding returns, but I still find the info to be a little confusing. Can anyone tell me if this TV in the 42” size would be eligible for a free return if it didn’t work out? I’m also an Amazon Prime member.
Generally, Woot covers returns, unless they deem one to be abusing the policy.
(Please note: I don’t work for Woot, I just volunteer to help out here on the forums.)
Mine finally came in two days ago and seems to have a power supply issue according to LGs troubleshooting steps. I submitted a claim that day but haven’t heard back from woot. Phone number never picks up the CS line either. What would I do from here?
Hi there. Phones aren’t working at the moment. Make sure you allow 48h for them to respond. I’ll check in with CS.
Appreciate you!
We have a 2016 OLED LG TV. Still no burn in. It is still so good that my wife won’t let me consider a newer version.
I just received my 83" C3 and the box came damaged with a big hole on the bottom right. It wasn’t until I opened the box to inspect it more closely to realize that this puncture cracked the TV mount housing pretty bad
I haven’t tested the tv yet until I get more help to carry the TV, but if the TV works well, is there anyway I could get a partial refund for just the damaged factory tv stand or a factory replacement? I wouldn’t want to go through a full return process of the TV works fine.
Hi there. Sorry about the damage. Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. They can better answer your questions.
Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

TO MAKSTA and others, PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE BUYING, ask questions on Woot FIRST.

I’ll try to abide by the rules here as best I can, so please bear with me as I share MY personal experience with WOOT and Amazon, which are related. (if you did not know).
I purchased an LG C3 from Woot.com here; and it has been a total nightmare.
The first issue was that I received an email from Amazon-Woot that my order had been processing, although my Credit Card had already been charged for the LG C3. I would get several emails from Amazon-Woot that my order is still processing several days later. Then I get this email from Woot that my order had finally shipped out, however, when I checked on my Woot Account, the status was showing “Processing”.
Here’s where things got more confusing… I get an email from some random company called CEVA LOGISTIGS related to the Woot LG C3 OLED TV order I placed. There was NO wording on the Woot email about this company, I ONLY found this CEVA LOGISTIGS by clicking a link within the email. I was very concerned about clicking links due to fraud, hacking etc.
Today while sending this comment, my order status on CEVA LOGISTIGS shows that my TV had been delivered. HUH??? NO TV HAD EVER BEEN DELIVERED. “Please check on this Woot and Amazon.”
I was away from home when the TV order was to be delivered based on this CEVA LOGISTIGS tracking website. I was very worried that since no one was going to be home, that the TV would be taken. I tried, and tried to cancel my order through Woot and Amazon, NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL, I sent a message to Amazon, they said in CHAT, since the order shipped out, there is NOTHING they could do. To be HONEST the order STILL HAD NOT SHIPPED OUT. On Woot, the status still showed the order was PROCESSING at that time, which I told the customer service representative.
I then received an email showing a delivery update, which said that the LG C3 would be delivered by the 15 of July. At this point I was a bit relieved because I was NOT at home to receive a delivery. BUT ON THE VERY SAME DAY as the email was sent to me, literally just hours after, I saw on my home security cameras, a white delivery truck rolling up and two men get out; one man rang my doorbell and had some paperwork for me to sign, or they WOULDN’T deliver the television. I ONLY found out about the MUST SIGN before delivery, though 1 email sent from Woot, which could be easily missed, all the other emails, had not mentioned this, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY ODD. I wished they had initially mentioned the “signing before delivery requirement” in the Woot AD, while ordering, that way I would know, not to worry if a delivery truck came without me being there.
Days later I receive a letter from the U.P.S. United Parcel Service delivery truck guy, coming from VIDEO & AUDIO CENTER, which I assumed is where Woot purchases their TVs from. I was supposed to receive my LG C3 TV delivery that day; but instead of a TV, they sent me a letter stating to call them to re-schedule the TV to be delivered. I’M TELLING YOU… IT WAS A NIGHTMARE, not specially with Woot but with the THIRD-PARTY VENDERS Woot uses. AGAIN, please be careful before purchasing, and do your homework on what companies you’re dealing with, because in my case, Woot and Amazon, are going to tell you to deal with those THIRD-PARTY VENDORS if anything should go wrong. I hope this long, but true-story helps you, as this was my honest experience purchasing from Woot.
P.S. there was some other shady things VIDEO & AUDIO CENTER tried to do in the letter, but I won’t mention it here. -Amazon Prime Customer
I’m sorry you’ve had such a go at getting your TV delivered. Definitely should have gone smoother. I’ll share this with our teams to see what can be done.
My OLED LG TV is from 2016. No sign of burn in yet.
