Logitech Harmony Ultimate One

It will. I’ve purchased these before to use with standalone hubs that I got for cheap.

Received mine today - pretty rough looking condition…and it’s bricked.

Received mine today in excellent condition, but the Harmony software detects it as a Harmony Ultimate Home rather than a Harmony Ultimate One. The big problem there is that the Home requires a Hub, which I don’t have. The One should be able to be set up as a standalone remote.

So unless/until I can figure out how to force it to take the Ultimate One firmware, I have a matching paperweight next to my Harmony Touch that was bricked by a software update. Wheeee.

Update: Using a Windows virtual machine, I was able to configure the remote as a Harmony Ultimate Home remote without a hub. Fuiyoh!

I’m very sorry. Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service.

Okay, received this today. It looks good but didn’t inspect it very much since it is a gift for my wife. Which we currently are using various devices with many remotes so many we have a bowl on our coffee table that consists of several remotes. Our cable, stereo, and shield remotes are used the most. Looking at this out of the Uline bubble mailer it was actually sent in after removing it from brown box. @ThunderThighs Only main and for me most importantly question so far. Where is the actual owners manual for this? Since, my wife knows absolutely nothing when it comes to tech until I teach her. I believe the lack of such content is more so going to leave me trying to search the internet for such content. I’ve never had a Logitech remote and maybe I assumed this was going to include it without even looking at what was included. For this to make me go to there website or YouTube to configure the day of Christmas amongst trying to get our little one going with all her new toys likely just won’t happen. I may just end up returning this and saving myself the headaches. I thought this was gonna be a good idea. Although, with no instruction booklet or even a card stating the manual can be found at __________. Even for a tech savy person as myself is making me breathless.

Hi there! @ThunderThighs is out today. So sorry to hear about your experience. I found this owner’s manual on Logitech’s website. Hopefully this helps!

Got mine today. Does nothing but constantly reboots. Screen is yellow
Physical condition looks ok…
Returning it…

I did - no one got back to me - opened another ticket.

Hi there. They responded to your first support TT. Note that their responses go to the email address on your Woot account, not your Amazon prime login if used/different.

Also check spam/junk folders. You’re in the queue for a second answer but they’re backed up a bit due to the number of contacts. Lots of online shopping going on.

Got mine today in great condition. Paired it quickly and easily with my Hub via the Harmony app. I’ve only had it a few hours but I think I like its layout better than my Elite.

All comments on here that said it can’t pair with a Hub are false.

I too received mine today in pretty used condition, but the Harmony software detects it as a Harmony Ultimate Home rather than a Harmony Ultimate One. The big problem there is that the Home requires a Hub, which I don’t have. The One should be able to be set up as a standalone remote.
Now I have to either get a hub or use is at paperweight.

I’m sorry for the issue. Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service.

Same issue as other users. I spent an hour trying to figure out why this wouldn’t work. Started with MyHarmony, read the MacOS issues, downloaded the Harmony Desktop, which forced me to download the iOS Harmony Mobile App, which then only works with hubs. At the end of it all, I am forced to conclude this is a Harmony Ultimate and not Harmony Ultimate One. What a waste of time, and thanks Woot.

I’m sorry about this. I’m letting the electronics team know.

Please reach out to Cs as noted in my post above.

So I got mine today and is distinctly used vs. factory refurb. Many scratches on the display. I went online to set up as this is a gift for my husband and was directed to download software. I was on a Mac and set up with my social media account. After several times of going round and round I went to my husbands windows computer and set up an email log in and then this got the ball rolling. I didn’t lose the screen that has the myharmony.com website until I completed all the steps. Once this happened I was up and running. I tried to set up for my fire stick but so far could not get that to work. I set up my tv and my cable box and this although was slow worked well.
The reason I wanted to get this for him was to have 1 remote to do everything since he is just out of line of site from the cable box and loses his cool too easily over the fact that the cable remote doesn’t do what he wants. I thought this would work if the cabinet door was shut or again he was just off line of site. But after trying several times it is not. He doesn’t carry his phone most of the time so the app won’t help. We have a tablet for this area but often it needs charging so again not a viable option to use the app.
Sadly I think it will have to go back. But I’ll spend a bit more time in it after work tomorrow. Most of these remotes have had bad reviews and makes it so hard to find a solution.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I’m sure you saw the above note about reaching out to CS, but here is Woot’s return policy as well in case you need it: Woot! FAQ

Mine is a brick. Won’t sync with Harmony app. Called Logitech and they said it “might” work without charging cradle and that I should return it.

Bypassing the Hub

Hi all. We reached out to the vendor. You can bypass using the hub during the setup process.

Ok, third attempt - I get every e-mail from you guys at my main address, except apparently these two you say you sent. What e-mail are you guys using to send your messages, because I have nothing in my junk or spam folders and until 5 minutes ago, had the same e-mail for both my amazon and woot accounts. So, unless my ISP has somehow flagged you as spammers and don’t even let your e-mail go through (which again, would be funny as I get every other e-mail from you guys) something isn’t working. I even tried changing the woot one a minute ago, it changed the login, but not on the customer service page where it says they’ll get back to me.

Hi there. Our emails will go to the email address on your Woot! account, not the email you use for Amazon login if used/different. If you use outlook or another email client, you might check spam/junk by logging directly in through a browser.

I’m not going to give you an email address in the public forum but if you want to private message me, I’ll try to help.
