BEEF JERKY DOES NOT NEED SUGAR
Why do all of these beef jerky sales have sugar (n some form of another) in in them? If this didn’t have sugar (maple syrup) I might consider it, even though it’s expensive.
This is like making jerky out of a bloody good filet mignon. All that’s missing is a nice powdered Cabernet to accompany it.
I bought this beef jerky from woot before and didn’t like it at all. It is basically the wet, processed tasting, jack links kind of jerky but it is crazy salty to add insult to injury. I like old fashioned, chewy, dehydrated meat and this is definitely not that.

So basically take the juiciest, fatest cut of meet and take everything good out of it and add in something and charge as if it still was waygu beef.
…and now we know why it is being cleared out on w00t. Sad for humanity that this was a thing, yet hope for humanity that this thing didn’t survive.
This product is very tasty but the packaging is terrible. Once you open it you can’t close it back again without finding a Ziploc somewhere. The bag has a built-in zip block but it is not attached on one side. For about two dollars per piece of beef jerky, one would expect to be able to at least easily seal the bag back up again.
