Since EVERY time this mattress comes up the exact same questions are asked, lemme save some of you the search:

and

for starters.

I bought this last September (king, firm) and we love it.

I’m more concerned with the Shipping Dimensions (All Sizes). How are all of the options going to be squished to the same block? And the mass of this block will only differ depending on the size of the mattress? Why are there no reviews? I’m still waiting on a fireplace rug to lay flat after a month in the sun and this is supposed to what, explode into a flat mattress ready to sleep on when the 41"x20"x20" block is set in place and a brave soul pulls the cord or runs screaming with a hook knife to slit the plastic? And who is delivering this tofu block of doom?

I bought this mattress last summer and it was the best decision I made. This is a great bed. I bought another one for my daughter. Now my ex husband is buying one for himself.( he helped me put up my daughters bed) honestly a great deal!!!

How was it shipped?

Bought this 7 years ago. Mine came wrapped rolled and compressed in a cylinder. Unwrapped and let air out for 24 hours.

Thank you. If you don’t mind me asking, what size did you get and what delivery service?

UPS

It will come UPS.

It will be a heavy rectangle box. Inside that box is the rolled up mattress. Typically the mattress is covered in plastic and vacuumed flat, then rolled, then wrapped in another layer of plastic.

You carefully cut the first layer of plastic, situate the mattress on your frame, floor, etc, then remove the last layer of plastic. The mattress will expand slowly over the next 24-48 ish hours.

They’re great if you’ve got steps or small doorways.

Here’s a video.

Ok, but here is my problem with the description. After deep diving on gryhnd’s links, even the comments are odd about dimensions, Supposedly only the length is rolled and compressed. If this is true then the spec page needs to be changed because people might be a bit peeved if a Cali King is over 41". I have no horse in this race but y’all might want to read this shit once in a while. But what the heck do I know? Right?

Watch the video. It explains how it’s rolled and why the box dimension is the same for all the sizes.

I shouldn’t have to watch a video to be convinced to buy a product. All the information I need should be plainly where it should be. Thank you, but no dude.

The information is there and correct.

No it isn’t. As I stated under the Specification Tab this is what is there:
Shipping Specifications
Shipping Dimensions (All Sizes): 41" L x 20" W x 20" H
Shipping Weights: Twin - 48 lbs, Full - 66 lbs, Queen - 78 lbs, King - 98 lbs, Cal King - 98 lbs

How can all sizes be the same dimension for shipping? This is what my problem with this posting is and should have been fixed a year ago.

Move on then man, seriously, move on. It’s a bed in a box. Bigger bed? Maybe a bigger box. Bigger bed? Def. a heavier box. It’ll fit through your doors unless you live in Hobbiton. There’s no white glove service. If you have strength/medical concerns be sure to have friends to help. These things sell out like crazy every time so if you pass on it someone else will be happy to take advantage.

As I said before, I have no horse in this race. The spec tab is deceptive and the video explains nothing. I just wanted to point this out but I’m the ■■■■■■■ again. WooT!

They fold the larger mattresses then roll them up.

It shows it in the video that’s less than 2 minutes long.

It doesn’t need fixed. It’s correct.

Hey there, just confirmed with the Home team that these items are compressed and every size we are offering will fit in the standard box size listed.
