Shipping keeps defaulting to $24 for this item, even for prime members. (???) Is product set up wrong in the system?

Since it was a little hard to find, I’ll post it here:
This keyboard uses four CR2032 batteries. Allegedly, Microsoft estimates you could get almost 3 years of battery life out of them.
