Is this Digital license sourced directly from Microsoft or is it one the “Corporate I/T guy selling their company’s bulk corporate licenses out the backdoor” license?
Since Microsoft has not shut down the backdoor sales, presumably they at least tacitly accept it. But if source company license ends their Microsoft contract for whatever reason, you might be stuck with a dead license. Also, a backdoor license is typically not transferrable to a new PC like a direct Microsoft license.
The $99 price implies these are Microsoft-sourced licenses since the backdoor licenses are far, far cheaper.

“Instant Download” seems a bit of an overstatement, unless I’m missing something. I purchased about 15 min ago. I’ve received the order confirmation, but no link to download. Is there another step I need to take?
