Anyone know if these are transferable, or just one machine/one install?
When you register it on Microsoft.com (which you should do immediately on receipt, sometimes Woot gets license codes that are faulty), you can attach it to your account without installing.
I haven’t done it myself, but I’ve read that you can remove the installation from one Mac and then install on another. It’s still registered to your account. You just can’t use on two machines simultaneously.
On install, and updating to the last version, the Microsoft Updater app will start pestering you to update to a newer version. You can override this by removing the Updater program (deleting it from its folder), it doesn’t break Office at all.
