So ordered this because I was in need of a new computer. After arriving late it had no microsoft pen in it. when I called to request them send me a pen they had none left. How does this shit keep happening? Multiple orders I place through you have missing or broken items. I really am going to end my relationship with your company after this as you cannot even ensure an item costing close to 1k. And I have completely changed my mind and because of this I have decided on no computer
