Dang, I wish this had been what was on sale a few weeks ago! The 4’x8’ racks on sale back then only had a 33" max depth so I ended up buying two 4’x4’x racks which had the max 45" depth at that time. Making twice as much work to hang for the same amount space.
I have a question rather than a comment. Specs say it has four 6" ceiling brackets. How is a 6" bracket able to attach to 2 joists? The description says that each corner can be supported by 2 ceiling joists.
I am wondering the same, this is what is keeping me from pulling the trigger right now.
It’s gotta be at least 20", based on the pictures. The angle iron is 1.5" x 1.5" (from A review), so I suspect there’s a typo (perhaps 26)??
Look at the pictures on A; there’s one with a garage door opener, and the brackets are the same size as the ones on the GDO.

Yeah, it looks like the vendor messed up on shipping some. Please use the Woot Customer Service form for assistance.
Let them know what you’re missing and they’ll work with the vendor to get it shipped out to you.

I also received this product yesterday, and it was missing about half the parts. I contacted customer service twice, but Bindu Kota and Shah both sent me form replies stating that I can send it back for a refund or I can keep it as is for a small discount. Is there someone specific I can contact at customer service who can get me the remaining parts? I really want this shelf.
