After 2 days since I successfully placed my order my order still shows status preparing for shipment. My order is scheduled to ship on Monday, May 5th. I have selected the 1 day shipping option but my order is still in preparation status and cannot be shipped yet. Can I get it on time tomorrow?
Hello. Looks like both items have shipped now. Not sure they went via 1-day shipping though. Amazon does that sometimes. If not, reach out to Woot! Customer Service so they can refund the shipping.
Also, note that expedited shipping means that it ships via that method. It does not speed up or affect the time to process and prepare the order.
Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

I have received items and it says preparing to ship so sometimes it’s not exactly correct don’t stress. Hope you get your items soon.

I have a few orders that say preparing for shipping and also say shipping now but I have no tracking number. The same item shows available on Amazon fron Woot.
