I sent an email to woot support, but ever since I connected my Amazon account to my woot account, I have never been able to log in with my woot account. Only the amazon account login option works. I think I contacted support a year ago and didn’t get anywhere so I gave up. Now I needed to fill out the customer support form because of an issue with my latest order. I never heard anything back. I went back to the form today and saw that the email was wrong. I follow the prompts to try to change it, but can’t because I haven’t been able to log in with my woot account for some time. So I have no way of changing the email address. I’m hoping someone can help me, or support sees this and sees my email as I am trying hard to get this resolved so I can get help with the last order.
