I ordered these this morning and am now being told I’m not getting them.
Came here to say that I ordered my husband and I each a pair of these. Looked at my acct and said I had been refunded for 1 pair and the other was on the way. I decided to see if another color was available and it was so I put it in the cart and went to check out only to be told that I’ve already ordered the maximum amount of 2 and cannot purchase them. Really woot?? Thanks.
Yeah, our system is pretty stupid. Let me see if we can raise the limit for a while.

I bought these because it said they have a 1 year warranty. After pairing them to my phone, my phone says the warranty coverage has expired. Very disappointed with the deception.
Apple and most computer manufacturers assign the warranty to the retailer. When you buy, you need to register the unit to reset the warranty.
You may need to reach out to Apple. Have your order details printed with the serial number written on it. Remind them that we’re part of Amazon. Some reps will fight you but push back.
Same here. Kind of ridiculous considering these are sold as NEW. Yes I saw the above comment but I shouldn’t have to go through that hassle on a new item.
