I just tried to get this activated at a tmobile store and it doesn’t recognize the physical sim or esim. The Tmobile employee said it must be locked out (they seemed to be guessing, though). They did offer $600 trade in value for it toward a 9a, but that turned into a five hour odyssey to get the new phone and dodge all the BS sales pitches you deal with at a tmobile store.

If you are worth T-Mobile it is worth getting. I was just able to get a 1 TB iPhone 16 pro Max for $935 after getting a trade in promotion on my Google pixel 7 pro for $830. So I’m considering this a win because I got to use the phone for a year and a half and be able to trade it in for more than it cost me saving $830 off of a new iPhone 16 pro Max 1 TB phone.

It seems like it stood at $399 for like 9 or 10mo? Does anyone know if there’s been a longer continuous sale than that here on Woot?
