the walmart one i see is Japanese spec. Which means no warranty. Mine is US Spec, with a 1 year Nintendo warranty.

Are you sure you aren’t looking at a third party seller with a used one? I only see the $349 price for an OLED, updated, version. I see one that’s $10 cheaper and it’s “Bundle-import-edition” by a vendor.
