I previously posted on this same new 2022 model 75” Frame TV. That discussion seems to have been deleted. So I’ll post an update on this new thread. I bought one a few weeks back and the wrong model was delivered (2021, not 2022 model). My warning on this item, or any of the Frame TVs was to confirm the model number before they take it off the delivery truck. Only one number/letter separates the old and new models. Thanks to Thunder Thighs in this forum, customer service sent a new one. It was received today and the incorrect model was taken back (somehow managed to get their logistics company to do that all on the same truck). Thanks again, Thunder thighs! Now to see if it actually works …
Woot makes new listings when they re-list items. Let’s call it a quirk. Your previous posts are still out there with the original listing. If you need to find them again, you can do a forum search, or it’ll be in your post history. Thank you for the update.
The what’s in the box does not mention oneconnect. Is oneconnect included?
I think the “One Connect” is included with all of the larger sizes. It’s only the 32" that omits it.
Did you end up having any other issues? Thinking of getting the 75” and am hoping you can tell me how I’m supposed to know the difference between 2021 and 2022- just good ol’ googling?

Only one letter difference, in the middle, A vs B. I haven’t installed yet (new construction) and the are dragging their feet getting things ready.
Can’t recommend this. I got the 65" last month (June) it arrived with damaged pixels in both top corners. I reached out to customer service and they asked for photos, I sent photos later that day; it’s been 3.5 weeks and I haven’t heard a peep despite having reached out multiple times asking for confirmation they got the photos. I’ve had a damaged 65" TV and a 65" TV box sitting in my living room for almost a month waiting for next steps…
You might want to look around your spam/junk mail for an email from UPS. If they sent you a return label it’ll come directly from UPS and not from Woot.
Unless this was shipped freight. I’m not sure but it’s worth a check.

Thanks, I got a message from CS yesterday asking me to resend and I did from another email account. Just saw this message now so I sent them again from my woot email account, although that’s the one I’ve sent 4 previous messages from with no response.
I found this out the hard way…
Are you attaching the pictures to the return email, or sending them a link to the pictures. They will not click that link to the pictures no matter how much you tell them its safe.
They were attached, I was worried they were too large at first so I asked them to confirm they arrived, when no confirmation arrived I sent smaller versions a few days later, again as attachments. Then I tried sending them from a different email address.
All of those were sent to a unique email address (info+[random string]@woot.com) but now I sending them straight to support@woot.com so we’ll see if that works.
I suppose I could always just attach them here
They won’t click the link to view them on the forums.
Multiple emails can get messy. They may have marked this other ones as duplicates.
Tell you what. Send me the photos in private message. I’ll show them to CS.

They are neatTVs, however, sometimes they don’t detect people in the room and still stay black. It’s been a problem. Also when you’re watching the TVs, it’s really hard to watch dark movies you can’t see anything that’s the problem is I’ve had with a Frametv.
