I ordered one and it has shipped. I purchased the 65 inch model but the weight of the package is that of the 55 inch model. Will report back what I get but I recently have been getting the wrong item when there are multiple options on a product page and wonder if others are seeing the same behavior from woot.
Help! I purchased this A got delivered today and when we opened it to install it, the screen was broken!
How long does customer service take to get back to me? Will they send me a new TV Or wait for the other one to get returned first?

I ordered the 65" Samsung Terrace tv and received a 75" Samsung the Frame tv. The only thing right was it was a Samsung. Waiting to hear back from customer service to fix it
