Mine arrived today and they are DOA. Can’t get the red LED to turn on when they are placed in the case. Already tried to remove the rubber and still no luck.
Hi there. Make sure you try a full overnight charge before declaring them dead. Also see if there’s anything coming between the buds and the contacts.
if no luck, reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
Same issue for me. Full overnight charge with case plugged in and lights lit on case but no lights on earbuds. I just pushed down on them a bit and wiggles them a touch and the red lights came on. Will see if this works out in a few hours.
The left one never worked. Only saying power on/power off/pairing. I did know the left one can’t work separately and tried to pair the left and right ones together but failed. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this issue?
Hi there. Sorry for the problems. Make sure you give them a full overnight charge the first time. Also make sure nothing is interfering with the contacts.

I did the step “Tap the center of the earbud 4x. This will automatically power off the earbud and reset it.” more than 10 times on my left earbud and it finally made sense.
After dozens of attempts I finally got them to connect to my phone.
First use they ran out of juice in 30 minutes and disconnected/shut off. After recharge they lost 10% battery in the first minute and then the mic stopped working. woot, you got some duds Ten minutes of use per charge w/ no mic isn’t worth it.
