Awesome, mine got cancelled and I’m NOT happy. Can I get a refund on the warranty I purchased?
I appreciate them not sending out a hunk of junk, but isn’t that something that should be confirmed before they’re put on the site so there’s an accurate quantity??
Hi there. Sorry for the poor experience. We do our best to post accurate inventory but in some cases, items may be deemed unsellable or the vendor had an incorrect count.
You can ask for a refund on the warranty from Amazon via your order history.
Mine got cancelled too days after order was placed. I appreciate them actually doing QA but would have been better if done before placing item for purchase. Now I have an upset soon to be teen. She was planning to use this as one of her birthday activities with her friends. Can I get a raincheck Woot?
Right? Can we get first dibs when they restock or something? I’m curious how many orders were cancelled.
Hi all. So I did some asking around. The vendor miscounted their inventory so we ran short.
I’m really sorry. That’s now what we want to happen.
When I called, they told me it was due to the machines they received from the vendor not passing Quality Control… So, what’s the real reason???
Does it really matter why? What you need to do is keep your eyes open for when they show up again – they probably will, or a similar model will.
Woot offers such great prices on these that they are really worth it.
Yes, to ‘me’ it matters why… please don’t assume that you can tell me anything I need to do… enjoy your night!
Maybe both? The vendor had an incorrect count. It could be because some didn’t pass the muster as they were shipping them out.
My tracking number appears to be stuck. The last update was on the 23rd and it says that i shouldve expected a tracking update yesterday, but nothing changed.

It says that delivery is scheduled for Tuesday the 30th, so there is still time, but what happens perchance the package was lost? I ask only because hold ups this early and for this long are usually a bad sign.
Every UPS order I’ve had in the past month or so has had this problem, it’s gotta be a UPS issue. No problems with usps/Amazon/fedex.
Also in Cali btw.
Come to think of it, you might be right. I had a similar issue at the start of the month with something shipped via UPS from ebay. It updated everything upon delivery. Strange.
Also, Im actually in New Jersey, I would gather that the product is just shipping out from California.
If it’s going ground, it won’t get scanned again until the next time it’s removed from the truck so that could explain it.
I’d give it until the end of the day Tuesday (Monday is a holiday). If not movement, reach out to UPS.
Thank you for the response! The only reason why I asked was because I never spoke to a (live) Woot Customer Rep before and I wanted double on what happened
it arrived today, but i have some concerns - precisely what condition should a refurbished product be in?
I understand that the item was likely one of the following: a floor model, might not have the original box, customer return, etc. - but the item i received appears to have been used a few times, returned, and re-shipped without much checking/cleaning.
I was under thee impression that “refurbished” meant that it went through a thorough cleaning and had any defects corrected. In short, i assumed “refurbished” could be a synonym for “like-new.” There are scratches all over the canister, dirt on the feet, some really oily and smudgy finger prints on the buttons, and the packaging inside the box was a collection of broken apart foam boards.
is this how its supposed to be?
Hi there. Click here for our guide to the various conditions and their definitions.
If you’re unhappy with the item, reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.
Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.
Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
Mine came yesterday…
Looks to be in good shape, no signs of apparent use.
I did plug it in and run a cycle with the empty containers and man this thing is LOUD…
It’s also tall, doesn’t fit under my overhead cabinets so it will need to be stored away when not in use.
Can’t wait to try it out. Going to pick up some fresh strawberries and attempt to make a simple strawberry ice cream soon…Probably will grab some blueberries and raspberries as well to try those out.
Even my scratch and dent wasn’t that bad. Eww.
Got my blue unit in the other day and ran through some peaches/mangos this evening. All the littles enjoyed it in the end. Very little wear on it at all. Just a few scratches on one of the cups. Guess I can add the warranty now that I know it is working.
