There is a pro machine that runs about $5K that this puppy was fashioned after.
Think of it as the $200 expresso machine for home vs the $10K pro version.
The key feature here is smooth texture for home made ice cream, gellto and sorbet.
Not an impule deal. Need to pre freeze the mix 24 hrs ahead. (or could have a dozen pre mixed/frozen AAT)

I try. I’ve had really good luck with the ninja refurbs on Woot. And I love this one in particular. I’ve been using frostline soft serve mix I bought on Amazon with whole milk. It’s better than anything I can buy at the store. I should get my dad one of these.
