FYI: I purchased this and it appears to be the US version with the ESRB rating, if that matters to anyone purchasing.

Hi, do you happen to know if it is the version with all the sports in the cartridge? Thanks
The copy i received had the following sports, I dont believe i had to download anything additional.
Basketball, Golf, Soccer, Volleyball, Bowling, Tennis, Badminton, and Chambara.
