No meaningful help from Woot Customer Service

I have not gotten any meaningful help from regarding a refund from a macbook pro I returned. I sent countless requests through their support page through emails back and forth and nothing. I returned the macbook within the thirty days of me receiving it and there is even proof of delivery according to the UPS tracking number. The customer service reps tell me they never received it when someone clearly signed for it, and that I am the one that needs to make the claim to UPS about it when I didn’t lose it. I make the claim and UPS tells me their isnt enough evidence that its lost, because someone signed for it at the woot facilitiy in Texas!

Im down 600 dollars now and dont even have a macbook pro to show for it because I returned it, had I known this was going to happen I wouldve kept the darn thing.

I’m writing this post in hopes that someone from Woot, hopefully from America, can help me. I’ve even tried calling and no one answers.

Please Woot, help me!
