I’m making some of these ribs today, after I go to the store
But the recipe calls for a couple of hours braising in a pan. They suggested a lasagna pan, but Imma think I’ll just use a lidded skillet.
Eh…I decided to get a couple of these cheap $17 pans (even better with the 10% app discount today.
The pork ribs recipe just calls for 225° and the smoked Mac & Cheese recipe calls for 220°.
I’ll think they’ll be alright at those slow, low temps.
