Be careful with iGourmet items. I ordered a couple of gift baskets and some of the meat items showed signs of mold in unopened packages well before the use-by date. I had to throw them away.

I’m very sorry for the problem. I hope you wrote to our CS for some assistance.
I’m careful with anything that puts a lower case “i” in front of a regular word to form a new and hip product name. Unless it is an Apple product the little i stuff has to stop.
I bought a Brooklyn Brine pickle set on woot last year as a gift for my father - he really enjoyed them.
I ordered this deal, and another Brooklyn Brine package mostly because of the Damm Spicy pickles. When I got both the packages, each deal was missing the Damm Spicy pickles and replaced with other items.
There was a packing slip enclosed from iGourmet with a telephone number so I called.
I did get an English speaking C/S rep with a true blue American accent, and after explaining what had happened, she had promised to rectify the situation by Saturday.
Today I got the two jars of Damm Spicy pickles as promised. They made a mistake, but was very attentive as to fixing the problem.
Too bad they couldnt handle the call center for Comcast cable as well.
