Let’s read all about the differences between 18/10 and 18/0 flatware over at foodservicewarehouse.com

Seems like a good match for the Corelle set offered recently, that I got today and seems awesome.

Looks great. The only review I could find says it is well-balanced. Price is at the very very low end of any 20-piece 18/10 set I can find online, period.

I’ve missed too many great silverware deals here. Jumping on it.

This seems like an excellent price for this brand and quality (18/10).

I’m sorry, it creeps me out, it looks dangerous and industrial. I feel like if I used it I might be tempted to stab my table mate in the eye or through the hand and laugh maniacally.

I wish I could buy more than 3 sets. Great price!

I’m worried about the size. In the past, when flatwear had been offered here, it’s been pointed out in the comments that the tablewear is BIG. Very big. I don’t want oversized flatwear. Furthermore, the foodservicewarehouse site says European flatware is generally three times bigger and heavier than standard silverware.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Why is this not at www.oneida.com at all

Here’s a link to the same set on Amazon (at more than twice the price). According to the only review the size is nice.

Another $5 for shipping and a 2nd email address…

$400.00 for a 20 pc set at Sears!
Bought 3 sets from Woot! as part of my retirement plan!

They are dishwasher safe. It’s been added to the features. Good question!

Man, I like this better than what I have. Sadly mine is still brand new and in the box because my roommate also had silverware when we moved in together.

So… those forks are actually 24" long?

It’ll be fine. Just use two hands to pick up those hefty 3-oz spoons!

Or… the source you linked to is dead wrong.

One of the two.

This pattern is just what I’ve been looking for and I’ve just ordered 3 sets to replace the Oneida 18/20 set I’ve had since the mid-90’s… which has held up beautifully to 19 years of daily use but I’m finally ready for a change of style. This is an EXCELLENT price for flatware of this quality and brand… rest assured they’ll serve you beautifully for decades.

It would be neato to have the hostess pieces (big serving spoons, meat serving forks, etc) but if none exist I’m not all hung up over being matchy-matchy.

I’ve been googling for hostess pieces for this pattern and can’t find anything so far… anyone have better luck?

I’m a little nervous about the way it feels when you hold it due to the concave pattern on some of the pieces… i really wish i could hold one before i buy it… because they LOOK great… but i dont want to buy 2 pairs and HATE them and not be able to return them… .

I saw there’s not really a return policy unless they are defective… does anyone know if we’d be able to return them if they just totally suck??

Well, I’m hoping they won’t just suck but you are right that we don’t do returns for remorse or just don’t like. Sorry. Unlike online department stores, we don’t maintain inventory for ongoing sells. We buy with the intention of selling out which means we really aren’t in a position to restock.
