Bought 3 of the 4x4 units the last time they were offered. These are almost half the price of the exact same item offered at Home Depot. Well worth it!

I am tempted to order 2 of these, but last time I ordered these I only received the racks and no rails and had to return everything. It was highly inconvenient.

I bought one of the 4x8 units last time they were up for sale here. Arrived in two packages - rails in one everything else in the other. Installation instructions are very detailed and if I did not have rafters running two different directions installation would have been a breeze. IF you need additional help there are links to video instructions included as well.

Hey y’all, we know there has been confusion or missing items in the past, but we’ve confirmed that the 4 x 8 model will ship in two packages and we’ll do our best to get you both tracking numbers. We updated the sale to mention this so if you only get one box, a second box is likely on its way.

I just installed 2 of the 4x8 models. The only issues were that two of the grates had edge damage, i.e. were bent, and I had to use a hammer to straighten them out so they fit on the platform and finding the studs in my garage ceiling was a nightmare. I used three different stud-finders and got different readings. Total install time for 2 units was 4.5 hours. However I now have 2 cars in my garage, so all is good and this is a highly recommended product.

Has anyone installed these between the garage door and the ceiling? My garage ceiling is high enough, just wondering how well it worked out.

I purchased these on prime day of this year, they are pretty decent racks and installation was pretty simple…but it did take some time putting all the pieces together. I suggest making sure you mount these running perpendicular to your rafters, if you choose to run them the other way you will need to nail a 2x4 to the ceiling so you have something solid to mount the lag screws into. Overall these are very nice and can hold quite a bit of weight, I bought four of them and linked them all together and I had to lay on one of them to get the bolts in…i also weigh 210 lbs.

Great way to get stuff off the floor!

I bought 3 last time and I have one above the garage door. Worked fine. I just used one of the drop down brackets in each corner instead of two.

How long should I wait for the second package? I FedEx just delivered the 2 (4x8) today and the same thing as last time happened. I only received the racks and no rails.
