Payment issue [resolved]

Hello,
I had some issues with the 2 payments I’m supposed to get for the designs I sold for the month of October and November 2022. On the 3 of October, I asked to switch bank accounts, after the new bank details were approved I didn’t receive my payments.
I asked for proof of the 2 payments, they were sent to me. Then I notice the Iban on the proof document didn’t correspond with the one I sent in the first place (someone did a mistake copying my IBAN).
I have already communicated via email with artistsupport@woot.com but I haven’t been able to resolve the problem. They say that money has already been sent and they haven’t received a refund, although the Iban was incorrect and does not exist.

I would really appreciate some help to solve this issue because it has been 4 months now and I still haven’t received my payments
