On Amazon for 118, and you get it shipped with one-day. Ordered it like 3 days ago, still hasn’t shipped. I had to cancel because Id rather get them in time for $3 more @ Amazon. But this item had a cancellation request so it might end up costing me the headphones altogether if the sale price is gone before my refund hits. Same thing has happened to me on a bunch of things here at woot. ~1-5usd difference but the shipping takes like 2-3x as long. Moral of the story is just got with Amazon when the prices are close. I always went w/ woot because I like their site or whatever but I’ve had multiple things ordered and delivered before this was even shipped, and I spent more on these headphones than anything else
Tip: If you post links to Amazon on the Woot discussion threads, employees can check to see if they can drop the price.

We’ll to be fair, I think they dropped the price after woot established theirs for this sale. Just have looked up products with very close pricing to Amazon, but sold here. The only difference is the shipping takes a lot longer usually. It just seems to be with certain products that are probably sold by and shipped by vendors who might not work weekends. Either way I hate seeing it still preparing for shipment while I could have ordered and had them already via Amazon for $3 more. Not a massive deal but it’s kind of a big purchase for me soo. And usually with these when they finally ship a week later it’s via UPS snail ground (the only service I’ve had parcels stolen by) so I’d rather cancel now and get it on Amazon or simply buy a different product like some Sennheiser HD 599 but I really wanted to try these. I went with woot also because of their return policy but Amazon is just as good.

Yea too much childish back and forth previously, don’t want to give anyone any motivation to reply. My forums account is permanently suspended on w00ter by my request, I also just identified myself as w00ter. . Lol it’s not like a shameful secret I am keeping. Just was literally identifying myself as that’s the account the order was on.
You’re right though, 3 days of handling time is pretty tragic for a $50+ usd item out of an Amazon warehouse. Unless it’s the used and return warehouses. Ofc those always take more time in my experience.
Just hope it isn’t open box returns that have been glanced by an overworked and underpaid Amazon employee and marked as “New”

for me amazon is ~$3 cheaper and ships 5-7 days faster (using amazon’s free shipping option)
Yep Amazon was slightly faster for shipping. Woot usually has a few days delayed and I ordered on a weekend but I ended up passing on fancy headphones at the moment. Though this pair was the ones I was most likely going to get. The only downside being they are heavy and might get uncomfortable after long sessions.
