Can this be taken on an airplane? Travel a bit and don’t want to have to throw away the tool which makes this popsocket amazing.
I don’t know but it looks like the multitool part is detachable, so you could always remove it when traveling.

Like I said, I honestly wouldn’t know if it could be taken on a plane. That’s probably a question for the TSA.

That’s like saying, “Why buy a pocket knife if you can’t take it on a plane?”
Because you’re not always on a plane. You take it out of your pocket and leave it at home when you go to the airport (or a federal building, etc.).
With this, you take the tool out and you still have the PopSocket.
Yeah but why would a random person bring up planes specifically or call out an issue like going on planes if that wasn’t their issue.
I have to travel every so often that it would be an issue of mine, one day forgetting in on my phone while being at the airport.
This has no blade so I believe it would be allowed by the TSA, but YMMV
