Proper care of these sheets mention washing at least once a month. Does that include even if they are still in the closet, not on the bed, or if left on the bed for a month straight? We wash bed linens at least once a week.
Pretty sure they mean a month of use… they sit in the shipping box for months after all and don’t catch fire because they haven’t been washed monthly right?
I sleep hot and have found that higher thread count often results in more heat, because there is less air flow. The tighter weave holds the air in. My wife has some high thread count sheets she likes because they are really soft(microfiber I think) but I can barely stand them even during the winter.
These show “2000ct” implying a high thread count, so just wanted to share. No experience with these specific sheets.
I am not at expert, but I think it is dependent on the fabric. Microfiber is extremely soft, but made of polyester, which isn’t breathable. However, if you are looking at 100% cotton sheets, then the higher the thread count the better. Would be interested to know more about rayon.
