Oh yeah. In fact, I bought 3 last time to use will all my comcast receivers.
This is my first woot off, what happens now? Past midnight and we are still stuck on the remote. Any vets out have a clue? Do I stay awake or call it a nivght
what do you mean also?
It’s ok. I have a sense of humor, and since I laughed, Im going too. Probably in a nice handbasket, tho.
Even bigger is the question:
“Has anyone with Comcast been able to get decent customer service?”
I know I haven’t!
aww, ive been blessed
what state do you live in that you get comcast?
If you look at the last woot-off (Feb 15) it lasted for 48 hours, so hang in there
QUESTION…
after you buy somthing then you want to buy the next item do you have to input your CC info again or is it stored?
I havnt seen a dvd burner during this woot off, but i would really like one.
edit ha just saw that, i thought that was a cd-rw when i saw it, oh well i need an internal one anyways.
Kill kittens, definitely. I wouldn’t pay $50 for three of these remotes, but I would if I could kill three cute innocent little kittens.
a COMPLETE Listing of all woot-off items can be found here
Can someone tell me why people want the bag o crap…
your about 12 hours off for that DVD burner
Dont get anything but a Logitech Harmony. That remote is SICK! But it also comes with a hefty price tag so i guess for a budget option, this isnt very bad.
Because you get good stuff sometimes for like a buck
Now, where did I leave that steamroller? (That will squash those kitties!)

While we’re all waiting for these bad boys to fly off the shelves, I have a question about the WD hard drives – can anyone recommend a decent hard drive enclosure? I was planning on buying the Netgear SC101NA 2-drive toaster, until I read a few more reviews that suggest it’s a POS that has an even chance of dying within about 6 months, taking both “mirrored” drives with it. (Which really s**ks. It looked like a perfect solution – 250 GB of mirrored backup capacity in one box with one cable.) I really want to plug it into my router so I can get at the data from all of the boxes on my home LAN, so I’m not looking for USB/firewire solutions. Come on, I know you’re out there.
I don’t get the remote thing. Why is there a remote control seemingly once a week? I mean…is this a status thing? I don’t think of it as a cool gadget I want to constantly replace with it’s newer, cooler versions…
C’mon, something good after this, something I can waste money on, yay!
I have blood shot eyes and a smoking credit card. Suddenly combined some of the stuff I bought doesn’t seem like such a good deal. I appreciate the advise though.
