Return problems

Hi everyone so I’m having some problems I made a return to UPS on an item that I had that was worth 150 retail but I bought it for 50 bucks on woot. I have a receipt from UPS saying that I turned it in, but woot had just messaged me saying rather than receiving the item they got an empty envelope instead.

I messaged them yesterday I’m just waiting for a hear back but I just wanted to know if anybody else had this experience and how it did it ended up?

I am not sure how I can prove that I gave UPS actual item and not an envelope.

Is there any weight listed on the receipt or on the UPS website?

Yes! On the receipt I have it’s 0lbs but when I went to check the record it was weighed.

Hi there. Did you reach back out to CS? You can attach a copy of the drop-off receipt to the email.

I did but they haven’t responded to me yet, I’m going to wait for a reply so I can send them the screen shots of the receipt, delivery and weight of the item.
