Return

I have been trying to return an order because it was not as described.
I think the return has been approved, but I have not received any communication.
Logging into my account shows me the following, but I don’t have a shipping label and I see the label expiry countdown reducing every day:

The return label will have come from UPS, not Woot. You’ll want to look for that.

I’ll leave a note for staff.

Hi there - I’d also double check your spam/junk folder to see if the email showed up in there.

Thank you both. I have been checking my junk/spam folder every day, but have not seen anything yet. I have also written to support/customer service, but have not received a response. Appreciate you putting in a note on my behalf.

Hello. The return label was sent the morning of Feb 26.

If you use an email client like Outlook, make sure you also check the junk/spam folder by logging in direct to your email provider.

Also, our emails go to the email address on your Woot account, not your Amazon login, if different.

I’ll ask customer service to resend it.
