I would have actually ordered this, but many reviewers on Amazon claim they only received one bottle instead of a case of 12.
UPDATE: Well, I relented and went ahead and bought the pack of 12. Yesterday, a large box was delivered from Woot!.
Inside the large box was a single pint of oil, along with the packing slip indicating a pack of 12. I should have trusted my better judgment after reading the Amazon reviews from purchasers who experienced the same shipping error. $49.42 may have been a fair price for 12 pints, but it’s a little pricey for one.
Ugh, sorry. Amazon associates in the warehouse love to break apart multipacks.
Reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
2nd UPDATE: Woot! Customer Service was very friendly, and they helpfully reordered the pack of 12 pints for me. Yesterday, a somewhat smaller box than last time was delivered, but sadly there was only a single pint of oil again, even though the included packing slip indicated a pack of 12. I have again contacted Woot! Customer Service.
