Hold on to your horses guys and gals! Orders usually ship within 5 business days, not including the day of the sale. So hang tight. If you want to do that F5 thing with FedEx, you can check their order by reference. There’s a link in my signature that will help you.
So if the track by reference page on FedEx shows “Not Found” for my order, should I be concerned?

I ordered socks last week wednesday in the morning and it arrived thursday morning whic i could not believe. I am in california, they are in utah.

We have enough stock! We promise to ship items out within 5 business days, which we are still within. I do see tracking on some orders, and soon we will have all of them shipped and the tracking will be emailed.
Item usually ship within 5 days of purchase. I bought the steamer on 5/12 and it is 5/19. Whats up woot where’s my shipment.

same here my tracking number seems to be invalid.
nothing to worry, some mess-up. if you don’t get it in a week or 2 you can check with woot customer service via email.
hope to see some personal woot reviews…i’ll post when i get it/fully tested.

Invalid, or not yet showing movement, HMM!? It should update within a couple days or maybe that’s the one we kept (my woot shirts get so wrinkly when I do not fold them and it’s become a real embarrassment).
This morning I got an EMAIL stating that mine had shipped.
Heck, it was on my door step this afternoon.

Received mine in AZ today… IS9050 no retractable cable as mentioned on the description
Mine is due tomorrow, friday.
Two models where in the description, I guess one has the retractable cord and one not.

Woot! As per FedEx I’m getting mine today. So is it true that there were two models and I could get one with or without the retractable cable? There was no way to choose one or the other while ordering AFAIK.

Yeah, the cover page of the manual shows two similar models, one with two foot operated buttons, one with only one.

Apparently we had been assured that the model we received (9050) was exactly the same as the model we got the specs from (the more searchable 9100). It would appear that the only difference is the lack of retractable cable. We do apologize for the mix-up as none of the units we shipped will have this feature. Okay…got my rowenta full-size commercial garment steamer and everything is beautiful EXCEPT…I didn’t get a single one of the pictured attachments.

Yes, definitely. You have a warranty with Rowenta and should be able to contact them for replacement parts (it’s likely that we do not have any at this time). Just to reiterate, this is what you should have gotten:
