Samsonite luggage set - Not shipped

I order a Samsonite luggage set on Nov 27 with an expected delivery date of Dec 4th, however status is still showing preparing for shipment. I tried emailing customer service couple of time in past few days with no response.

There is no phone number to contact them, didn’t expect such customer service for Amazon owned company.

Hi there, Customer service will reply to the email listed on your Woot account so you’ll want to check there if it’s different from your Amazon account. Response time is typically 24-48 hours and you’ll want to check your spam & junk folders.

Multiple emails may result in all of them being marked as duplicates.

Phone service is limited, when available the option will show up. There is no direct number.
