Free shipping but didn’t get delivered to the door instead I received a tag in the mailbox from USPS. It says they could not deliver because it requires a payment of $70.50. WTH is going on.
Talk to your post office. They’re not suppose to charge that on Amazon shipments. They can call their bosses to get clarification on that.

Thanks for replying, but I’ve been trying to get someone to reply to my Woot customer support emails but no luck. I went to the post office to pick it up and the staff told me I need to pay and have Amazon reimburse me. She explained the order was supposed to be delivered by Amazon and somehow it was sent to USPS. She said this happened a lot lately with Amazon orders. Other customers had paid the pickup fees and Amaozn reimbursed the pickup fees and even refunded the order. I have been trying to get hold of Woot staff but still no replies. This is my first woot order and it has been frustrating, especially with an order shipped directly from Amazon with Prime 2-day shipping. @ThunderThighs
I’m sorry the post office is doing this. The previous customer had to go a town over and talk to that post master who called her town’s post master to explain things to them.
Let me get in touch with our customer service and see what options we have.
